1Board by Komorebi Srl (hereinafter "Komorebi") is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy describes how personal data is collected, used and disclosed. The terms of this policy apply to all Komorebi websites and associated services that refer to this Privacy Policy (the "Websites"). They do not apply to websites or services that refer to different privacy policies.

Collection of personal data

The personal data we collect depends on how the user interacts with Komorebi, the websites used and the choices made by the user. Komorebi collects and processes the user's personal data with their consent and / or, where necessary, to provide the products used by the user, to conduct their business, to comply with their contractual or legal obligations, to protect the security of systems and customers or to satisfy other legitimate interests.

Information provided directly by the user

In pursuing these objectives, Komorebi combines the data collected from different sources to offer the user a more uniform, coherent and personalized experience.

Location of personal data

Personal data collected by Komorebi can be stored and processed in the user's country or region. The data centers we use the most are currently located in the United States. The places where the data is stored are chosen to operate efficiently, to improve performance and to create redundancies in order to protect the data in the event of a blackout or other problems. We take steps to ensure that data collected in the context of this Privacy Policy is processed in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy and applicable law, wherever the data is located.

Sharing of the user's personal data

As these needs can vary between different types of data across different products, actual retention periods can vary significantly based on criteria such as user expectations or consent, data sensitivity, availability of automated controls that allow users to delete data, and Komorebi's legal or contractual obligations.

Access to the user's personal data

If you wish to examine or modify the personal data previously provided to Komorebi, you can contact the Customer Service to make changes to the data, as well as to exercise the right to request the deletion of personal data. In any case, keep in mind that it is not possible to change the username except by making a new registration.

 

Use of cookies and other technologies

Komorebi uses "cookies" and other technologies such as pixel tags, web beacons and similar technologies ("Cookies") to enable the user to access the services and personalize navigation on its Websites. A cookie is a text file small size that is stored on your computer hard drive or device. Cookies contain information, including personal data, that a web server is able to read if necessary in the domain where the cookie was generated. The information collected through cookies includes the date and time of the visit, the registration and navigation information of the site and the purchasing activities. Statistics

Komorebi's Websites may include cookies from external service providers. In some cases, it is because Komorebi has assigned an external company to provide services on its behalf, such as the analysis of site statistics. We use interest analysis and demographic information gathering features in Google Analytics to communicate our inquiries to our service providers.

Choices and preferences

Komorebi respects the user's right to choose the methods of use and disclosure of their personal data. If the user decides, at any time, not to receive marketing e-mails from Komorebi or to change the settings relating to personal e-mail preferences, he can follow the procedure indicated below:

  • Access, corrections and deletion: If the user wishes to request access, correction or deletion of certain personal data concerning him, he can visit the relevant section on his account profile in the DOMI app. For other personal data, the user can contact Komorebi as described at the bottom of this Privacy Policy. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Komorebi reserves the right to charge a fee or refuse requests that are unreasonable, excessive or prohibited by law, which could adversely affect the privacy or other rights of another person, or where it is unable to authenticate the user as the person to whom the data refers.

  • Marketing emails: If you do not wish to receive marketing emails, you will have the option to stop or unsubscribe from our emails and mailing lists by changing your marketing preferences as follows: (1) by sending an email to info @ domi. house; or (4) by following the directions at the bottom of one of our marketing emails.

  • Cookies: the user can accept or decline cookies. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can change this setting on your browser and refuse cookies. Please note: the site is designed to work optimally with the use of cookies activated on the Internet browser. If the user chooses to refuse cookies, it may not be possible to log in or use other interactive functions of the Websites and services that rely on cookies. When Komorebi processes data on behalf of a third party "data controller" of such data, the user should send their request to that third party. You also have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority, but please contact us first with any questions or concerns. Please note that the above rights may not apply in some cases, for example where Komorebi's right to the processing of personal data may be necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression (for example, when collecting news ); or for the assertion, assertion or defense of rights in the event of legal action.

Security of the user's personal data

Komorebi is committed to protecting the security of personal data. The Komorebi Websites may contain links to other websites, including the external sites of content providers or the sites of Komorebi's partners, which adopt privacy policies and practices other than those described in this document. The company assumes no responsibility for the information or practices of linked sites and invites the user to read them before using such sites.

Changes to this privacy statement

Komorebi reserves the right to change the terms of this Privacy Policy at any time, if it deems it necessary to adapt it to changes to the products, the way in which personal data are processed or the laws in force. If the information is changed, Komorebi will change the date relating to the last update, shown at the beginning of the document.
